Celebrating the Unique Anniversary
25 years of Unico’s operations is a very special Anniversary falling in 2020. Unfortunately, the world pandemic didn’t allow us to fully enjoy this quarter-century celebration that’s why it has been postponed so that we could celebrate it together with all of our employees and their families.
The goal of joint celebration is not only focused on integrating of our employees but also on taking care of the interpersonal bonds, which are often broken due to the epidemic restrictions. Being led by our values, we make sure that we don’t forget about healthy and active recreation during the celebration. It was confirmed, among others, by the Children’s day Celebration which was organized by UNICO on 02.06.2021.
In the beautiful conditions of nature and exceptionally neat embankments in Lomza, we actively spent time while playing team games. Until late evening hours you could hear cheerful laughing and squeaking of our kids. This great entertainment was organized using products and services of our local firms, whom we thank very much for fruitful cooperation: Esy Lukresy, Literkowo, Pizzeria Da Grasso, Magical Memories
Believing that happy employee is an ideal employee, we also care about the mental and emotional health. As a part of this celebration and referring to International Family Day, which is held every year on May 15, Unico joined the 10th Edition Social Campaign of Humanities Institute “Two Hours for a Family” with its theme “Generationally and Sporty”.
This initiative considers giving employees a symbolic two hours to spend time with the closest ones. Going a step further, Unico allocated additional day off for each employee in order to strengthen family bonds and tighten relations. It is meant to be a symbol of work-life integration.
Planning to continue our unique celebration, we will certainly provide another portion of attractions.
